Registration is officially OPEN and the deadline for the Early Registration is on April 2, 2024 (23:59 CET).
Details about regular and student fees are provided in the table below. Please note that students are required to provide a copy of a valid ID that certifies their full-time student status.

Participants wishing to accompany a registered person for the social elements should email info@ewgla2024.org to register their interest and indicate which elements of the programme they would like to attend. The fee includes the following elements:
- Admission to all sessions
- Conference materials
- Coffee breaks and Lunches throughout the conference
- Admission to the Welcome Reception
- Social Dinner
- Social activities (tba)
VISA & Invitation
